The hotel offers a hot breakfast from 6:30 am to 10 am.

Reservations: Guests must make all reservations no later than 4/15/19 to ensure they are included in the PCAR room block.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Individual may cancel, but must do so 1 week prior to arrival to avoid being charged one night's room & tax.

PCAR will provide hotel accommodations for one overnight for one rape crisis center staff. Any other accommodations must be arranged by the attendee.

DEADLINE FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS: FRIDAY, April 12, 2019. Anyone registering after April 12th will be responsible for arranging and funding their own hotel accommodations.

Continental breakfast and lunch will be available on May 17, 2019. Please indicate on your registration form if you intend to have breakfast and lunch on site.
