This conference provides an excellent opportunity for your organization or business to promote your services and products to an anticipated 1,800 conference participants from across the country!

Space is limited. Booth assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis; submit your application today!
Deadline for exhibit applications: June 1, 2019

All applications are subject to review. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt. If your application is rejected you will be refunded the full cost for registration. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation letter.

Exhibit Area Features

The exhibit area is designed to generate significant participant
traffic. The exhibit area is:

Centrally located
Located near breakout-session rooms
Air conditioned and carpeted
Near the location of the PCAR/NSVRC Store
Where the exhibitor drawing will be held. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to donate materials to a drawing to increase traffic to the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation requests received by June 14, 2019 will be honored. Refunds less a $100 administrative fee will be returned 4-6 weeks following the conference. No refunds will be honored after June 14, 2019.

Exhibitor Identification Requirements

All persons working in the Exhibit Area must wear a conference badge at all times. All exhibitors will receive two “Exhibit Area” badges.

Merchandise Sales

Exhibitors may sell merchandise from booths during the exhibit hours of the conference. The conference center prohibits the sale of alcohol, food, beverages, or tobacco products.

Security

All exhibitors are responsible for the items in their assigned space. The exhibit space will not be locked after business hours.

PCAR/NSVRC Rights

The Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to relocate any exhibit and/or restrict exhibitors with respect to methods of operation and display. If, for any reason, an exhibit is deemed objectionable, the exhibit will be removed.

Shipping Information

Exhibitors will be able to ship exhibit items to the Philadelphia Marriott through the onsite FedEx. Please note there are package handling and storage fees for incoming and outgoing packages. Exhibitors are responsible for all fees. You can review shipping information on the FedEx website.
