Registration Agreement

Upon receipt of this registration, The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) consider the registrant formally enrolled for the conference. All registrants are responsible for full payment. Payment must be received prior to the conference. Failure to submit payment and/or if registrant is a “No Show”, organization will still be responsible for full payment. If the organization declines to pay for any reason, the attendee is responsible for the entire conference fee and any costs incurred for collection of fees.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to nsac@pcar.org. Phone messages will not be accepted as a form of cancellation. Cancellations received on or before July 19th, 2019 are subject to a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received after July 20th 2019 and before July 31st 2019 are refundable at 50%. After August 1st, 2019, substitutions will be allowed but no refunds will be provided. Substitutions must accept all accommodations selected by the original registrant. “No Shows” will be billed the full registration fee as stated above in the Registration Agreement.

Privacy Policy

The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) does not rent, sell, or share your personal information with any other people or non-affiliated organizations. PCAR may share your contact information with the Institute on Violence, Abuse, and Trauma (IVAT) at Alliant International University to provide information about continuing education, the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CALCASA) and hosts of future National Sexual Assault Conferences so that those organizations can send you information about the 2020 National Sexual Assault Conference. PCAR may also share non-identifying summary information that includes your information (example: the number of people who attended the conference from a specific state or region) with other organizations.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards (online processsing only): Visa & MasterCard

Purchase Orders: Actual Purchase Orders must be uploaded at the time of registration and submitted electronically

Checks: Checks will only be accepted with Purhase Orders. Make checks payable to PCAR.

IF PAYING BY CHECK:

  • Early bird registration payments must be submitted by May 19th
  • Regular registration payments must be submitted by July 19th.
  • Checks will not be accepted for late registration

If registrants do not submit payment by the designated due date at time of registration (Early Bird/Regular), they will forfeit their registration. Cancellation of any accommodations will be the responsibility of the registrant.
